As an avid luxury lover & self-professed shopping addict, I pride myself on knowing where to shop! Whether it comes to recommendations of where to find anything from stylish shoes to luxurious beauty products, I have a running list of top luxury stores I recommend so I’m here to share that list with our Savvy Shoppers.
Rakuten.ca curates a lovely luxury page (if I do say so myself) with everything from the latest luxury trends to hot designer sales. This is an easy spot to see what trending products to be on the lookout for & what stores to shop. Some top luxury stores I love:
From fashion week shows to the mall, I love the Michael Kors brand for so many reasons… Their luxe outerwear, stylish shoes and a good bag for a good price. Not to mention a sweet selection of watches (including smartwatches). Need I say more?
If you’re looking for a stylish selection of women & men’s clothing, look no further than Club Monaco. I’m constantly checking out their new arrivals for the latest styles & always catching myself scouring the sale section too. I love their selection of their in-house label but also keep your eye out for a curated collection of fantastic brands they also carry like Illesteva, Hat Attack, Loeffler Randall, Marysia Swim & more. I’ve even raved about how much I love Club Monaco when I was talking about finding a dress for a wedding I attended this past summer.
Can I say that Shopbop is online designer heaven? They are always showcasing the latest trends & editors picks. It’s an easy way to know what’s on trend right now in the luxury world. Be on the lookout for their epic sales… such a great time to scoop up some serious savings on your designer duds. My top tip: Utilize their loves function to favourite items as you browse the site. An easy way to score items when they go on sale or when they hold a flash sale!
I look forward to a new month just to see the latest arrivals at Kate Spade. From darling handbags, power pieces, cute shoes to home décor and table books, I have to stop myself from adding everything to my cart. I also adore their Youtube videos which include showcasing their monthly arrivals to their #missadventure series campaign videos!
If you’re looking for a store that is constantly adding new arrivals, J.Crew is your spot. From men’s, women’s to kids, they have such a great selection of everything from shoes, accessories to clothing. If I’m looking for a fun slogan tee to a superb structured jacket, this is where I’m going first. Plus, they can often be found have sweet sales so keep your eye out for that.
It’s no shock that I’m Sephora obsessed. With 3 free samples with every online order & their selection of deluxe samples plus Cash Back through Rakuten.ca, this is my #1 beauty store. I love the reward program (hello, VIB Rouge!) but also let’s not forget their epic sales throughout the year + sweet selection of gift sets during the holiday season. Also, introduced their Week of Wow sale which is a weekly offering of deals on select products that is NOT to be missed. Seriously, these tend to sell out so quickly! From high-end brands to more affordable lines, Sephora carries a wide-range of products covering skincare, hair, fragrance & more.
This is an office favourite store. If you’re looking for a quality pair of comfy AND stylish shoes, Fitflop is the place to shop! Sneakers, boots, flip flops, flats, slippers and so much more plus, they often have some great sales & clearance offers! Yes, please!
I love the variety of designer brands available. 350+ designers from A-Z from Altuzarra to Zimmermann, you’re sure to find something you love at The OutNet. I love their What to Wear section from boutique shops like Cashmere, Wedding or Activewear & their Editor Picks which highlight hot trends.
Of course, the iconic beauty brand Estee Lauder had to make this list. I love their offerings like the Estee Edit line, Victoria Beckham collaboration to their best-selling products (like the Advanced Night repair – another office favourite)! I’m always keeping my eye out for a good gift with purchase or a holiday gift set. This is a great way to try out a product without investing in the full size and usually come in the perfect size for travelling.
If you need to know the latest trends, Net-A-Porter is the perfect place for you to find out What to Buy Now. I love the carousel called NAP live – you can actually see what people are buying at that very moment from Nike leggings, Chloé boots to Mark Jacobs bags.
If you’re looking for a Lululemon alternative, I’d suggest looking into Lole. This Montreal born Canadian brand has all your activewear gear covered from yoga, running, ski/snow & much more. Don’t underestimate their offerings.. They also have a beautiful collection of fashion pieces too! Plus, keep your eye out for any information on their Lole White Tour across Canada, US & even Europe. You can see my experience this past summer here.
It’s no surprise that ASOS is a great store to shop at for some well-priced & trendy items but you’ll be excited to know there’s a great selection of luxury brands available too! If you shop by category, look for the “designer” category. What I love about shopping at ASOS is you can build a high-low outfit in one online order!
We’ve been blessed with beautiful boots thanks to Stuart Weitzman. I’m sure you’ve seen several cult favourites like their over the knee boot or their classic Nudist pump that I feel like every celebrity has worn at some point. Sure, these shoes are definitely an investment but with how much wear you’ll get out of them year after year… it’s definitely an investment that pays off when we consider cost per wear.
beautyBOUTIQUE by Shoppers Drug Mart
If you’re a Shoppers Drug Mart fan who loves designer beauty, beautyBOUTIQUE is the spot for you. Reasons to shop: good selection of brands, free samples + Shoppers Optimum Points to earn! Look for exclusive bonus point offers on select brands and free standard shipping on orders over $50
This luxury shop has been around for 30 years and the experience shows! From digital trunk shows and an extensive list of designer brands with new products always arriving, you’ll definitely want to keep an eye on MatchesFashion.
If bohemian fashion is your thing, you already know about Free People. This iconic brand is so great at offering a variety of casual, cool & chic pieces. Check out their lookbooks for seasonal inspiration and key items you’ll want to scoop up to recreate these outfits. This is a recent addition to Rakuten.ca so be sure to check out this new store!
If you’re looking for shimmer & shine, Swarovski is the place to go. From jewellery, watches, accessories to decorations, they’re sure to add a little sparkle in your life. Plus, it always makes a great gift!
Known for their iconic skincare products, Clinique has something for everyone. They carry top selling products like their Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel & have you covered in the realm of skincare, makeup, fragrance & even a line specifically for men. Saks OFF 5th
If you’re familiar with Saks Fifth Avenue, you might be familiar with their sister store Saks Off 5th! If you’re on the hunt for a seriously sweet designer score, look no further. You’ll find great designer deals on women’s clothing, handbags, shoes and so much more! With locations popping up around Canada, you’re bound to get more familiar with the brand.
I love the unexpected finds from Anthropologie. Such an expansive collection in several categories like home, beauty, clothing, shoes… It’s always worth a peek into their site to see what gorgeousness you need added to your life. Don’t forget to sign up for AnthroPerks!
If you’re on the hunt for a new swimsuit & getting ready to escape on vacation, I’d highly recommend Bikini Village. This boutique brand is great at curating a collection of trending & classic styles from the bikini brands you love plus they carry beachwear & accessories for men and women!
If you’ve watched some of our “What’s In Our Cart” Youtube series, you might see how much I’m a fan of the (cruelty-free & eco-friendly) Tarte Cosmetics brand. While I often shop it at Sephora, there are several reasons to shop through their site directly. Mostly my love of Shape Tape keeps bringing me back to their site but any new arrivals hit their site first, and any beauty addict would know sometimes you just don’t want to wait for an item so go straight to the source! Plus you’ll earn Tarte Rewards on your purchase… sign me up!
Saks Fifth Avenue
Last but not least, Saks Fifth Avenue is the epitome of luxury shopping. I’m glad they’ve recently opened locations here in Ontario and online you can find all your luxury desires like boots, apparel, handbags & more from a wide variety of amazing brands.
