Only members who receive this offer directly from Rakuten and have not been designated by Rakuten as Influencers (members who obtained at least ten (10) Qualified Referrals in a single calendar quarter before April 1 ) are eligible. Qualify for the $50 Flat Cash Bonus when at least 10 people whom you refer (each a “Referee”) sign up to become new members using your referral link or other method supplied by Rakuten and make Qualifying Purchases according to the Refer-A-Friend Program Terms during the period beginning April 1 , 12:01AM ET and ending June 30 , 11:59PM ET (“Offer Period”). You and your Referees must reside and be located in Canada and comply with the Refer-A-Friend Program Terms. The $50 Flat Cash Bonus will appear under “Cash Back Balance” in “My Account” on August 1 and be added to your quarterly Cash Back payment scheduled on August 15 , provided that at least 10 of your Referees are Qualified Referrals according to the Refer-A-Friend Program Terms. A Referee will not be a Qualified Referral if they cancel, return, or exchange their Qualifying Purchase, if their Qualifying Purchase hasn’t earned Cash Back, or if their purchase is found to be fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with our Refer-A-Friend Program Terms.
